Who we are
We have the depth of experience and expertise required to handle even the most sophisticated and complex civil litigation. We are litigators, but above all we are problem-solvers. Our lawyers also currently serve on the boards of directors of the Advocates’ Society and Pro Bono Law Ontario.
Many lawyers on the Cavanagh team volunteers at the Pro Bono Law Ontario Law Help clinic at the Ottawa courthouse. Our lawyers make sure we are on top of developments in the law by regularly presenting at and attending continuing legal education programs. We also offer in-house programs. Founding partner, Steve Cavanagh also writes about the law in his popular and frequently provocative blog called Cavillations.
